FAQ

How can I reset my alerts?

To reset all your alerts, go to your account page and click on the "Reset All Alerts" button. You'll receive a confirmation message when all alerts are successfully reset.

How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address, and you'll receive a link to reset your password within a few minutes.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, PayPal, and some digital wallets. We use Stripe which is a well known, trusted and secure payment system.

What currency prices are in?

Currently everything is in USD but we have plans to support more currencies in the future. When you pay with a non USD card, it'll convert from USD to your local currency.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, visit your account settings and click on 'Subscription'. Follow the prompts to cancel. You'll still have access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from your account page. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
